Welcome. My name is Weeko Lee. I’ve been a property agent for the past 8 years. I have assisted and witnessed dozens of my clients upgrade and seek their dream homes – whether for stay or for investment purposes.
As an ordinary Singaporean, I also have upgraded from my first HDB home to a private property and later followed with another investment property. Almost all Singaporeans will start off property ownership with a HDB flat. However, being public housing - there are some restrictions to owning one and limitations on the potential capital appreciation.
